Pet Blessing 1 October 2022
On Saturday morning a number of parishioners attended the annual St Francis of Assisi Pet Blessing in the grounds of our church. This year we added a new event in the form of a 3km fun walk through the leafy suburbs of Walmer. The weather was sunny (and wind-free!) making it the perfect morning for an outing. The Animal Welfare Society were on hand after the blessing to take collection of the food and items donated by participants. Thank you to everyone who came along to support our event, as well as a cause that is close to our hearts.
